This is a traditional Normandy farm house converted to an hotel.    In the 1960's, prior to its conversion to an hotel the farmouse was awarded first prize in  " Fermes fleuries de France ". Its 17th century cider press has been converted into a conference room.  It is charm and luxury combined.  It is close to Honfleur and Deauville.  The hotel restaurant "Michels" serves traditional dishes as well as gastronomic. The rooms are superb and there are amenities such as swimming pool etc.

Gites are restored rural buildings given a new lease of life by theirs owners, They represent excellent value for families and larger parties normally sleeping six or more people in traditional comfort. Usually in quiet areas or small hamlets, the main charm is their individuality. 

Other types of Gites: Gites au jardin, Gites de groupes, Gites d’enfants, Gites équestres, Gite d’étape et de séjour.

Villas and apartments are the alternative to the Gite system is renting self-catering accommodation such as in seaside resorts.
